We are so EXCITED and THANKFUL to have our student athletes back on campus and competing. At this time, attendance is limited and different protocols are in place.
While we move toward getting back to “normal” we appreciate your patience. We are currently working toward streaming events so family and friends can support our athletes. Please follow our Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts and check our website often for the most up to date information. Our coaches and staff are working diligently to make this a great exprerience for the kids so please don’t reach out to them regarding game streaming and attendance. We will do our best to keep everyone informed as new information comes out.
Remember, the most important thing this season is that the kids get to play!
HEY BEAVERS - It's no accident that the Student comes before the Athlete in student-athlete. We think you are AWESOME and want all of you to have success on the field AND in the classroom.
We are full swing into Winter sports now. Remember, to stay eligible you must meet certain requirements in the classroom.
Teachers will be issuing 'N's and 'I's and passing grades 'A-D's.
An 'N' means a student hasn't shown enough evidence of work. If an 'N' goes in as the grade on the transcript Feb 4th/5th, the student will have to retake the class. (Essentially, an 'N' does NOT earn credit and looks like an 'F' and that will directly affect eligibility).
An 'I' is an incomplete and, (as the athletic calendar lays out), you will have about 20-22 additional days to complete more work and hopefully turn that 'I' into a passing grade, (A-D).
OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT- GOOD QUALITY WORK HANDED IN. (The hope would be to NOT HAVE AN 'N' . Work hard to move toward an A-D grade).
YOU have the ability to earn that grade. If you need help please reach out to your teacher, counselor, the athletic department or your coach.
Let's go Beavers!! Work hard!!
