Hello graduating Seniors and families!

Thank you for attending the Senior meeting this week! Only 31 days until graduation! The presentation and Graduation Guide shared at the meeting are linked but some key reminders from the meeting are below.

1. Graduation rehearsal on Tuesday, June 3rd is MANDATORY.
2. Graduation tickets will be available for pick up on Tuesday, June 3rd if you have completed the Senior checklist.
3. Senior Surveys are due by Friday, May 23rd.
4. Seniors need to arrive at PSU's Stott Center (Viking Pavilion) by 6:00pm, the graduate entrance is on SW Hall St/10th Ave. Doors open for guests at 6:00pm.
5. NO BAGS or BACKPACKS are allowed inside the Viking Pavilion. Please read the graduation guide for special circumstances and leave all valuables at home.

BHS Senior families and Class of 2025!

As you know, the Beaverton High School graduation ceremony will take place on Monday, June 9, 2025 at Portland State University's Viking Pavilion (930 SW Hall St, Portland, OR 97201). We are so fortunate to have secured such an amazing venue for this very important milestone for BHS graduates and families!

In an effort to help families plan for the celebration, we would like to inform you that each graduate is guaranteed 6 tickets for their guests to attend the graduation ceremony at Viking Pavilion.

We understand that some families may need fewer tickets while others may wish to request more. To help us assess ticket availability, we ask that you complete a ticket request survey. Your response will provide essential information to determine whether additional tickets can be distributed.

Additionally, if one of your guests will need accessible (ADA) seating due to the use of a wheelchair, other mobility device, inability to climb steps or walk long distances because of a significant health condition, please indicate that information on the survey as well. We will do our best to keep the seating for your group together, at minimum reserve companion seating for at least one person in your group.

Important! You must use your BSD student email (XXXXX@bsd48.org) to complete the survey.

NEW: 2025 Diploma Submission

Class of 2025, it's time to submit a request for your high school diploma. This is your opportunity to decide how you want your name to appear on your diploma. Will it be your full name or just first and last? Parents or guardians may also have suggestions, so consider including them in this important decision. Using your BSD email, please complete the Diploma Submission Form.

We must receive your Diploma Submission no later than December 13, 2024. If no submission is received, your full legal name from Synergy (first, middle, and last) will be used and printed onto your 2025 Diploma.

Note: There is no cost for your diploma. Every senior who completes all graduation requirements is awarded a diploma by the school.

SENIORS:

Ticket registration for the Class of 2025's all-night Grad Party is now open! Advanced registration is absolutely required for entry, so don't wait!

Ticket price includes a Grad Sign that you can display in your window or yard, so that everyone knows YOU'RE GRADUATING! There is also an option to purchase additional Grad signs.

If you register by 3/31, your sign can be picked up when you get your cap and gown on April 4. After that, we will arrange delivery via text or email.

Partial and full scholarships are available -- contact Angel Stempert in the counseling office. Also, for seniors who will be under 18 at the time of the event, you need a parent or guardian to sign the event waiver.
