2021 BHS Graduation

Please do your best to fill out this Senior Survey by Friday, May 28. In addition, please look at this Senior Checklist and have all steps completed by their due dates. Finally, please make sure you have created an account on parchment.com for ordering high school transcripts after graduation.

Graduation Update: Families, please be advised that graduation plans are in the works. As always, we must all remain patient and flexible in case Covid metrics advise us to do something differently. For now, our plans for graduation are the following: Saturday, June 12, 2021 from 9-12 pm will be a graduation car parade in the stadium drive at Beaverton High School. For a socially distant graduation experience, Seniors, wearing their caps 'n gowns, will drive through the back stadium lot to the tunes of a DJ and then exit their car for a formal graduation photo with Dr. Erwin. We suggest you pack your decorated car with family and loved ones and then leave to enjoy your family  celebration. In the afternoon, from 2-4pm, we will hold an in-person ceremony on the Beaverton High School football field complete with speakers, tassle turns and thrown caps, etc. The ceremony will be livestreamed. Seating is very limited and will most likely be only 4 guests per graduate and please be advised that 2 of your 4 guests might be seated in another building used as an overflow venue. There will be live streaming into that building and graduates will be walking through that building after their name is read on stage. In addition, parking around BHS is extremely limited and will most likely be limited to one car per family. Please use this form to inform us of your plans for attending the ceremonial events. This will help us with planning. Students and families may attend one or both events.

For those of you who can't come to graduation at BHS, you can view the graduation being live-streamed at  https://livestream.com/bsdone/bhs2021 starting at 1:45pm on graduation day.

That evening, starting around 6pm the Grad Night team will host a carnival on the football field. Please visit the Grad Night section on the Seniors page of the BHS website. The carnival will end at about 9:00pm. This event is sponsored by the Beaverton Grad Night Committee and is not affiliated, supported, endorsed, or sponsored by the Beaverton School District.

Please view these links to the Grad Guide (English), La Guía de Graduación (Spanish) for specifics and updated information. Feel free to email Maria_Copelan with any questions about graduation.
